Mosaic Quest ("Company"/"we"/"us") owns and operates the games and website at mosaicquest.com, plus any related services (the "Services"). Read these terms carefully. By using the Services, you're accepting them. Don't use the Services if you don't agree. These terms can change, and using the Services after we update them means you accept the new version. Any features we add will follow these terms unless we say otherwise. Check back here periodically to see what's changed.

GAMING & CONDUCT RULES

The Services run on community, fairness, integrity and fun. Follow the rules and enjoy yourself. This section covers account creation, in-game features, and what you can't do. User Accounts. You get one account per platform or device. We recommend keeping a single account across all platforms instead. If you maintain multiple accounts on different devices, they can't interact with each other in any way. Accounts found interacting may be banned, reset, or penalized. Virtual Goods Transfers & Account Sales. Game content like virtual currencies and goods can't be sold, transferred or traded for real money. Trying to do this breaks these terms and can get you permanently banned or result in legal action. All virtual goods and currency sales are final. No refunds. Virtual currency and goods have no real-world value. We can modify, regulate or eliminate virtual currency and goods whenever we want, and we're not liable for that. You're responsible for all charges on your account, whether you made them or someone else with access did. If your account gets terminated or suspended for any reason, you lose all virtual goods and currencies. General Conduct & Prohibited Acts. Some things aren't allowed. You can't: Use the Games if you're under thirteen. Pick a character name that disrespects other users. Use bots, auto-clickers, hacks or exploits in the Games or break any rules in our Policies. Tell other users they're cheating through any in-game communication. This means forums, comment walls, status messages and chat. If you actually think someone's cheating and have real evidence, contact us through our form. Upload, post, email, transmit or share any material that's unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, encourages crime, creates legal liability, breaks any law or is otherwise objectionable. Share material that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights or publicity rights of anyone. Share material you don't have the right to share. Post false or misleading statements or create a wrong impression on purpose, including impersonating another user or our staff or anything that could harm minors. Interfere with or disrupt the Services (including security features), servers or networks connected to them. Don't break any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of those networks. Don't probe, scan or test system vulnerabilities or bypass security or authentication. Break any local, state, national or international law or regulation, whether intentionally or not. Resell Services content, Services access or Services use. Do anything else prohibited by these terms. Action by Company. Any of these prohibited activities can result in your post or thread being deleted from chat, forums or profile walls. Your account may be temporarily or permanently limited, blocked, suspended or terminated depending on how serious the violation is. We may apply other sanctions we think are appropriate. Availability. We can alter, suspend or discontinue the Services anytime for any reason without notice. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance or equipment issues. We can add or update information and materials without warning. We reserve the right to change and update the Games whenever we want or think it's necessary.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, OWNERSHIP AND CONTENT RULES

We protect intellectual property. This section covers who owns what and the rules around content. Copyright and Trademark Information. The Services, everything on it, and the materials it contains belong to us and our licensors. Copyright law, trademark law, international conventions and other IP laws protect it all from unauthorized copying and spreading. You've read and agree to follow the terms of service for whichever platform you're using to access our Services. Breaking their terms can get you banned.
