Last updated: 2026-07-24 This Privacy Policy applies to Mosaic Quest ("Company") and explains how we collect, use, and share information through our Services. We comply with GDPR for users in the EU. We deal with two kinds of information. Personal information identifies you—your name, email, phone, address. Anonymous information doesn't—that's usage stats and aggregated data.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit our website, we automatically log your browser type, operating system, ISP, IP address, when you access things, and which pages you came from or left to. You give us personal information when you register, contact us, sign up for a newsletter, or connect a social media account. That's your name, email, location, birthdate, gender, device identifiers, geolocation, and social profile data. We also collect usage metrics, device and browser information, diagnostic logs, where you click, advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID), and how you use the app. Using the Services means you're okay with this.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use it to: — Provide, maintain, and improve the Services; — Look at usage trends and show you content you're interested in; — Serve ads and run marketing campaigns; — Manage your account and help you when you need it; — Send you notifications and newsletters (you can opt out); — Follow the law and protect what's ours.

4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and local shared objects to see how the Services work, track what you do, and show you ads. Third-party services embedded in our Services collect data under their own privacy policies. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, but some features might not work right. 5. ADVERTISING
Third-party advertisers use tracking to collect information about your age, location, and device so they can show you relevant ads. Turn off mobile behavioral advertising in your Apple or Android settings if you want.
6. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Other users can see your username and profile picture. Anything you put in chat, message boards, or public profiles can be collected by other people. We don't control what you choose to share with third parties through the Services.
7. DO NOT TRACK
The Services don't respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser. There's no real standard for DNT yet. Check allaboutdnt.com if you want more info.
8. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
California Civil Code Section 1798.82 lets you ask us what personal information we shared with third parties for direct marketing in the last year. You can make this request once a year by emailing info@mosaicquest.pro.
9. ACCESSING OR CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION
Contact us if you want to see, fix, or delete your personal information. There might be legal reasons we have to keep some of it. We may charge a fee if allowed by law. Reach out at info@mosaicquest.pro.
10. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
Third-party providers store and process your data around the world. Using the Services means you're okay with your data being handled in places that might not have the same privacy rules as yours. We keep your personal information until you ask us to delete it or until we don't need it anymore.
11. INFORMATION FOR EU RESIDENTS (GDPR)
Legal bases for processing. We process your data based on what you've agreed to (Art. 6(1)(a)), a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b)), a legal requirement (Art. 6(1)(c)), protecting someone's health or safety (Art. 6(1)(d)), or our legitimate business interests (Art. 6(1)(f)). Data retention. Once we don't need your data anymore, we delete it. Same if the law tells us to. Log files. We keep IP addresses for up to a week to make sure the website works and stays secure, then we anonymize them. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization turned on. Opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at google.com/analytics/privacyoverview.html. Cookies. Necessary cookies fall under Art. 6(1)(f). For analytics cookies, we need your permission under Art. 6(1)(a). Your browser lets you control them. Newsletter. We use your name and email only to send the newsletter. When you unsubscribe, we delete them. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Game progression. Data from puzzle completion and kingdom restoration helps us run the Services and gets deleted when you remove your account. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Your GDPR rights. Email info@mosaicquest.pro to access your data, correct it, get it deleted, limit how we use it, move it somewhere else, object to processing, or opt out of automated decisions. You can also file a complaint with the privacy authority in your EU country.
12. CHILDREN
Kids under 13 can't use the Services. We don't knowingly collect information from them. If you're between 13 and 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission before you use the Services or give us any information. Parents and guardians can ask us to remove a child's information by emailing info@mosaicquest.pro.
13. SECURITY
We use SSL and other protections to keep your information safe, but nothing is completely secure. Use the Services at your own risk and keep your password to yourself.
14. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
We can update this Privacy Policy whenever we want. Changes take effect 30 days after we post them at mosaicquest.com unless we say otherwise. If you keep using the Services, you're accepting the new version.
